What is Activene?
It is a homeopathic drug, available over-the-counter, through doctors, and on the Internet. Taken as a liquid in small drops, it is effective in fighting fatigue in patients with Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, hepatitis C, cancer, Lyme disease, and other diseases. It also has a positive effect on many seemingly healthy people. It also has been found to be effective in the treatment of symptoms of some forms of allergies. Remember like all medicines, individual results may vary.

What is its scientific name?
Activene is carbobenzoxy beta-alanyl-taurine.

Are there any side effects from Activene?
Activene has been taken by thousands of people in several different countries. Because the dosage is so low, there are no reports of toxicity. Studies done on Activene point to an unusually wide margin of safety. A dose of regular strength Taurox is about one-billionth the dose necessary to have any harmful effect. No user would be able to drink that much liquid. Because it works on the immune system, we don’t recommend it to patients taking immunosuppressants or anti-inflammatory agents. Do not take this is you are in need of immediate medical attention: see a doctor or an emergency room. Depending on your own body, some effects can be unique to you.

What should I do if my fatigue doesn’t go away?
You should take Activene for four weeks to give the medicine time to cut your fatigue. Remember you may not feel any effects for a few days. Some people feel a bit more tired as the Activene begins to work before the boost to the immune system begins. However, if fatigue does not go away in one month, see a physician. You may have something more serious than fatigue. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any serious underlying disease, it is designed to improve quality of life. It is intended and labeled for the treatment of non-life-threatening fatigue that patients can recognize and evaluate without special testing.

How does Activene work?
In experiments conducted at the University of Maryland, College Park, pharmacological experiments show that Activene is a powerful immune system regulator and stimulator. Researchers found that it activates the immune system in a manner conducive to fighting infections and enhancing the effectiveness the immune system.

Does Activene work on everyone?
Activene works on over 90% of the people with moderate to severe fatigue who take it. Like most medicines, it does not affect everyone the same way, Sometimes you may need to either increase or decrease the dosage for maximum effect. If it doesn’t work at 12 to 15 drops per day, try to decrease the dose first. If that doesn’t help you can increase the dose, but do that slowly, perhaps a drop a day.

Has Activene been approved by the US Food and Drug Administration?
As a homeopathic drug, Activene underwent a double blind homeopathic proving study. It is prepared by classic homeopathic methods and has entered the regulatory path as a homeopathic drug. The FDA does not review homeopathic drugs for approval, but does expect all products to follow the rules for homeopathic medicines and for drug labeling. Activene does both. It has been evaluated by homeopathic experts and is registered with the FDA.

Can I take this in place of my regular drugs prescribed by my doctor?
No, you must continue to take all your medicines prescribed by your doctor. If you want to stop some of those medicines, you must check with your physician first.

Can I give it to my children?
We suggest you ask your doctor. The product is not intended for children.

How should I store my Activene?
Activene’s major active ingredient, Tauroxicum, is stable at all temperatures, but extreme heat or cold could damage the bottle so that the seal might leak. We don’t recommend leaving it in a closed car. Some of the various herbs and minerals that are part of the product might also be affected by extreme changes in temperature.

What is a NanoDrug™?
A NanoDrug is an incredibly small molecule. One nanogram is one billionth of a gram.
NanoDrugs are consistently more than one thousand to one million times more potent by weight. This means you take a lot less medicine, and it reduces the costs to you.
